Choose your house plan with confidence. Use this guide to compare designs, check your lot, and understand your next step.
1. Find your plan
Browse House Plans and compare layouts, living area, bedrooms, bathrooms, and overall width and depth. Open Plan Overview to review the details of your selected design.
2. Check your lot
Enter your lot width and depth to find potential matches. Lot matches are a starting point. Confirm setbacks, easements, and other site requirements before choosing a plan.
3. Select your options
PDF and CMU are included. CAD adds $750. The 2x4, 2x6, and 2x8 structure options each add $500. Standard orientation is included; Right Reading Reversal adds $500. ICF is currently unavailable.
Review the price shown for your selected plan and options before checkout.
4. Review and buy
From House Plans, open Plan Overview, select your options, and choose BUY PLAN to continue to Wix Checkout. Review your order details and the applicable license agreement before completing your purchase.
