License to Build
Purchase of an A2D House Plan grants a non-transferable license to construct one residential structure from the purchased plans. Reuse, resale, duplication, or redistribution of these plans is prohibited. The single-use license agreement identifies the specified build address.
Intended Use
Plans are intended for residential construction use only and may not be used for commercial development, mass production, or resale.
Local Code & Review
Plans may require modification to comply with local zoning ordinances, building codes, wind load requirements, flood zone regulations, or permitting authority standards. All plans should be reviewed by local officials prior to construction.
Items Not Included
Architectural or engineering stamps, site plans and surveys, mechanical (HVAC) drawings, plumbing drawings, energy calculations, and truss engineering drawings are not included. Site-specific engineering and other local professional services may be required for your property and jurisdiction.
Revisions & Modifications
Minor modifications may be available for an additional fee. A2D handles defined stock-plan add-ons such as right-reading reversals and wall-construction conversions. Larger architectural modifications are reviewed and quoted separately by SFA. Contact A2D before purchase with modification questions.
Digital Products & Delivery
All A2D House Plans are digital products. PDF or CAD plan sets are delivered by email through a download link. Standard orders are typically prepared and delivered within 48 hours once the required build address and signed license agreement are complete. Major architectural modifications have a separate, project-specific timeline.
Returns & Refunds
All sales are final once delivery has occurred. Once digital plans have been delivered, access cannot be revoked and the product cannot be returned. Please ensure the selected plan meets your needs before purchasing.
