Refund Policy

Digital delivery

A2D House Plans supplies digital PDF and CAD files. Standard plan orders are typically delivered digitally by email through a download link within 48 hours once the required build address and signed license agreement are complete. Major architectural modifications have a separate, project-specific timeline.

Returns and refunds

All sales are final once delivery has occurred. Because digital files cannot be returned and access cannot be revoked after delivery, delivered plans are non-refundable.
